Administrative Office-Courts

I have been having a hard time getting help thru the District Courts and Small Claims. I have went through the process of spending 126.00 dollars and 150 for an appeal which the court administrator Ms Amy...... Something will not return my calls to set a court date. I even went to the 10 the floor and she was not there, apparently working purportedly from home. This matter began with an ex parte order,then small claims court, and is now at the district court administrator who will not assist me.I never hardly use the words racial discrimination, but the way that I have been treated is a clear case of racial discrimination and injustice in the wake county system. The last person I saw was a small claims judge name Karl Williams who the North Carolina State Bar sayi that he is not licensed attorney in North Carolina. That's a mockery of justice to put a student on the bench when their are so many people who have been to school to be an attorney who could do a better job,by law. And, such person is purportedly earning almost 100 thousand dollars a year to act as something that he is not...which is a judge. The clerk's office is a place where they are not willing to assist me either. In the matter of Clarence Battle v. Wilbert Johnson, this is a great case to even study in school, because it's a clear case of where the courtnsystem do not want to help a minority.
