This was our first time here and it was perfect from beginning to end.nWe purchased the tickets online and the xheck-in was easy....just showed my code and the young lady explained where the theater was and where to order food (due to Covid, you now order food at the counter and then they bring it to you instead of ordering while seated).nThe gentleman at the bar, John, was so patient and helpful when we ordered our food and drinks. The staff that brought everything was friendly and efficient.nThe entire theater, including the bathrooms, was spotless with very nice decor. The seating was comfortable and roomy.nWe can't wait to come back! Thank you everyone.

My fiancee and I chose this location due to a friend. And while we enjoyed the movie we seen, we won't be going back to this particular location. It is a clean establishment, and most of the people were friendly to us. The pricing is rather high for us on limited income. We went to one of the earlier shows for the day, and it was still over 20$. The seating was comfortable, but the room was rather cold in our opinion. And I mean no offense to anyone in the kitchen for what I say here. But for the rather high pricing on all the food items. We could have gone to a regular restaurant and spent less to get more and better quality food. But our real issue with this place is the volume for the movie we seen. It started loud right out of the gate. About 1/4 in, I heard someone near us ask a server if it was possible to turn the volume down a bit. Instead, it seemed to have been raised more. By the finale of the movie, it was so loud that I was in constant pain from it. I am half deaf and very sensitive to sound. And I regrettably had to lean on my fiancee to get out of the theater due to how this effected me.nnIf you can handle the price, go and enjoy this place. They do have enough here for anyone to enjoy something. And while the people were welcoming and friendly for the most part. Myself and my fiancee, we won't be coming back.

Great service and very clean. The seats are light colored which, to me, enhances the cleanliness- they also recline and have swinging trays. They deliver everything to your seat including drinks and popcorn. The popcorn wasn’t fresh, but the churros were amazing. Will for sure return.

Not enough social distancing space was provided for patrons from different groups who purchased seats on the same row. I readjusted the seating to ensure that we met the 6 feet expectation. I was surprised to see that only one seat was skipped between a member of my party and another patron.

Worst movie experience and customer service ever. You have to wait in line for EVER just to order so they can bring your popcorn to your seat. Literally had 25 minutes left of the movie and still no popcorn or drinks. We spent most of the movie walking out to see what was keeping them for one tub of friggin popcorn. We ended up asking for our money back. Ridiculous. Never coming back to this garbage place.
