I have been to Tip Top Frame and worked with Skip for the past few years. I have always been happy with his service and especially his attention to detail. I was recently in a print competition and I had to get my photos put on a backing and matted. I won two ribbons in that competition and the first thing the judge mentioned was the presentation of the print, ie. the matting around the print. I would encourage anyone to go see Skip before a big box store to get there pictures mounted or framed. One other time worth mentioning is Skip helped me by framing a piece of craft my mother had made years ago. She wanted it reframed and Skip did a great job and my mom is now able to proudly display it in her house.
