Chris was excellent and made me feel at home. The shop is well organized and the pieces are gorgeous; they are reasonably priced for the quality.nnOne of the best gemstone shops I've been to. I highly recommend it.

Our presence was never acknowledged. We were actually looking for jewelry for our little girls. The store and merchandise is beautiful. However, the person working the store saw us, made eye contact several times, but never offered to assist us. We were in casual vacation attire. I’m unsure if that is why she was not interested in helping us. Whatever the case may be, we were very disappointed as were our little girls.

We have had several pieces made here, including the emerald and diamonds ring I just received today! They do beautiful work! Very pleased with gem cutting and jewelry design. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have taken gems to Artisan many times. He has cut stones for us and made jewelry. Very pleased with his craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building! Beautiful selection of gemstones! Upstairs gallery has large gemstones for home decor at reasonable prices! Owner was very friendly and helpful!
