simple repair took over a week and it still was not repaired properly, had to take to another jeweler who told me I paid way too much for the simple repair. I would not trust this store to do good work at fair price.

I took several watches to Artisan Jewelers on GA Rd over the past several weeks to have batteries changed. I had to go get the batteries from Radio Shack because Chris does not have them & will not get them for you. He asked each time he kept them, if I trusted him. I found that odd because he had a business and I should have no reason not to trust him. My stepson's watch runs on light. Chris took the watch apart & kept it. He said he was going to see if his vendor could get the special battery (after he had me go here and there to find it, with no luck) and said he would call me to let me know what he finds out. He never called. I went and picked up the dismantled watch and took it to LeAnder's to get their opinion. I spoke with a knowledgeable lady who explained how the watch worked and runs on light and not a battery. She said I needed to take it back to Artisan and have Chris put it back together. I took it back and explained what the lady told me. Chris said the lady lied to me and did not know what she was talking about. He put the watch back together and when I asked him how much I owed him, he said the only payment he wanted was not to see my face again. I told him he was rude and he just smirked and walked in his office and shut the door. I can't say how he is with jewelry but he does not know how to repair watches and has a poor and nasty attitude. I did what the lady told me to do after I got the watch back and when I got home, the watch was working again. I recommend Le'Ander's to go to. They are polite and very helpful. They will be getting my business from here on. Thank you!

I had a stone put into a semi mount. The semi mount was beautiful and the ring turned out great. Everyone was so nice and I had fun working with them.
