They don't seem to answer the phone!

Wonderful customer service

Just left this store after having my daughter's ears pierced. The lady that did it was extremely rude, and had my child not wanted her ears pierced so badly, I'd have walked out. Just emailed customer service about this employee's snarky and rude behavior. I will be finding another store to spend my hard earned money.

I can't believe they charged me more than half the price of the original cost of an item for making a return within 20 seconds. Literally it was 20 seconds we realized that we bought was not the price that was marked on the show so we decide to return it for a similar item with a better price and they charged us for doing so. The crazy part is it was less than 20 seconds my sales were all both within the same minute. I can't believe she didn't just void the items out and started over especially since we didn't walk away from the counter. All she did was encourage us to never shop at any of their locations not even stand alone stores mall stores or outlets. Note for them they should say this to people when they start to enter items at checkout.

Waited for someone to come ask me is there anything they could help me with considering I was standing at the nose ring display need a stud for 10 mins, I was going to go get assistance myself but when I realize the conversation (not work related) was what it seemed to be more important I just quickly grabbed the earrings I needed and went to the checked out didn't even get a.
