I prefer to support local business but Lowe's prices are getting outrageous. I paid $9.99 for an Arnold brand plastic in line fuel filter for a lawn mower engine. Tractor Supply right down the road had the same exact brand and part for $4.99. I also paid $4.00 too much for a Kawasaki engine oil filter. This will be the last time! I am no longer interested in paying convenience store prices. Lowe's is taking advantage of people and it is shameful.

The salesperson in the garden center at the Lowe's Home Improvement in Smithfield North Carolina was very disrespectful.

Nothing is ever in stock and don’t bother going on the weekend. They never have enough staff so you wait a hour to find help just to be told they don’t have it in stock. They also tell you to come back another day but can’t tell you when. Staff also are incompetent and say they would have to ask someone else. Here’s an idea, don’t put people in sections they don’t know anything about. Also here’s an idea, if someone is willing to pay a hefty amount on flooring, you might want to have the flooring samples in stock so they can choose from. Colors are often different than the pictures you use so flooring is not something a person wants to choose from a picture. GET YOUR SAMPLES IN STOCK! People have their stimulus checks and want to spend it. Get staff on the floor so they can help!

Very busy. The store has changed locations of a lot of items but appliances and flooring are still in the same areas. Bathrooms need some servicing but it's Lowe's so par for the course. Parking lot is a little tight if you have a big truck or SUV.

Help outstanding, prices good, products good. Going downhill. Took away two stars and after today it is incredible that I don't take away more. They have the market almost cornered but not quite. Wow, after reading several dozens of reviews, it is pretty obvious to go to Lowes in the Goldsboro area, it's not much further.
