Always good to feel you have a friend in the business. I purchased a Seiko watch from Saslow's some years ago. I tried to fix the band and lost parts. Marie Belvelry was awesome in helping me get back up and running at a very reasonable rate. If you have questions and want honest answers start at Saslow's. Search more, but you'll find yourself coming back to where you started feeling you've gained trust and a friend in the business. After that you'll search no more. Thanks Marie.

My husband found a watch he wanted at this store, but he didn’t purchase it. I decided I wanted to buy it for him for Christmas. We live almost an hour away, so naturally I looked at multiple jewelry store closer to us for it. I can not tell you how poorly we were treated in each store. I drove to Hendersonville and was greeted with 2 huge smiles. Marie and Jordan are amazing and beyond helpful. I will make a drive back for all of our jewelry needs!

Came in to get a watch resized, and the customer service was off the charts amazing. As we waited we also saw many high quality pieces for all genders at very good prices. 10/10 would recommend.

This store is amazing the jewelry is absolutely beautiful I found a few items I’d love to add to my Christmas list. But the true jems in the store are the sales associates, Marie and Jordan. So kind and friendly, very knowledgeable able to answer all my questions with my watch and did an awesome job in fixing it. Thanks so much ladies. Will be coming back for all my jewelry repairs and purchases . Happy holidays.

Marie, Jordan and Sierra were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. I went in initially for a ring repair and I walked away with a new ring at a great deal. These 3 amazing ladies sat with my husband and I for an hour and talked through out options and what was the best decision for us. They even offered to clean my other ring and bracelet. For all of your jewelry needs please visit these ladies, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so very much Saslow's for holding the bar so high.
