Stay as far away as you can! I've never had such terrible customer service. My husband and Inpurchased a new wrap to go with my engagement ring while we were on vacation, but decided to have it resized at this location because it was closer to us and we didn't want to wait so long. When I dropped it off, the guy had no personality and wasnt helpful at all. We then waited almost 3 weeks and when i called i was informed that my ring was still not sized right so they had to send it back. Over a week later and I call again finding out that now one of the stones is loose and will need to be sent back a THIRD TIME! The representative was very rude and arrogant. I am beyond disgusted with my experience here!

They are some of the most outgoing people you will deal with. Wanted to get a watch for my wife for Christmas but they didn't have it so they drove to another store about 40 min away and got it for me. Will always be my first choice to look for something nice for the wife.
