I reluctantly visit Bojangles on Pisgah Church Road which ALWAYS has poor customer service and food quality. However, I was near the Bojangles on Bessemer today and decided I would stop by. While ordering I asked for a soft biscuit with my bacon not burned. When I checked my food they absolutely got my order correct. The biscuit was fluffy with fresh bacon. Although the Pisgah Church location is 2 minutes from my house I would rather drive 10 minutes down the street to this location if it means my order is right, customer service is great, and food quality is better.

I appreciate the service to take orders outside. The staff were patient and polite. My food was hot. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my half gallon sweet tea but it was a 20 minute drive to go back. Otherwise all was well since they were busy following a weekend ice storm and power outages around the area.

I came to this bojangles and they just made a minor mistake it was no big deal. I parked getting ready to drink my coffee and the employee came out and said they accidentally gave me a cold one and insisted that I wait for a hot coffee. They came back with 2 hot coffees even though they didn't have to. I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service you can tell they really care about the customers I highly recommend this bojangles to anyone!

Customer service was awful. No greeting or anything. Gave me my food and said here. That was just today for me. I wont go back bc of the rude individuals.
