Why anybody would not rate Yamamori LTD a five star does not know great quality or customer service. They had two(2) 4 stars; one of them said they had never been at the store and the other said they drove by; really! Mr. and Mrs Yamamori are unbelievable people who have worked tirelessly to provide exceptional quality pieces at a fair price and more importantly a customer service experience that is second to nonenIf you are looking for a great experience look no further!!!
I needed to get a silver necklace clasp replaced and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Mr. Yamamori! He was very nice and inviting and fixed my necklace in a few days (had to wait for clasp to ship) for a very modest cost. 100% satisfied and will definitely go back when I need my ring resized or any other jewelry repairs!
Needed something specific so I called. Was rushed off the phone, after being questioned about my phone number, saying that I would have to come in and that they had what I was looking for in the store. Drove across town to the store to find they did not have what I was looking for. So they wasted my time, which is what I was trying to prevent with the initial call. Others say they have had a good experience, but I did not. I am extremely disappointed.
