Very very poor service! No knowledge about recall service - didn't know how to refund and asked receipt and barcode; denied to search internal data to find the recall info; after telling them to contact upper management started looking the system; cashiers are basically rude and not professional; will never return this store and strongly recommend not to shop this store

Finally, a full service pharmacy in East Cambridge that happens to be a CVS - highly anticipated! This pharmacy is situated in the old Lechmere Savings Bank and is roomy and easy to find items. Customer Service staff and Pharmacy are very helpful and welcoming.
