I tore two bones in my shoulder apart and they told me I was fine. I came in with a severely sprained ankle and they told me I was fine and should not have gone into the ER even though I was unable to walk. My primary care physician is here also and setting up appointments is consistently a nightmare. Very few of the staff members I’ve come in contact with in person or on the phone can be described as helpful or polite. All of these things were issues before the pandemic and have no been multiplied. I am switching my PCP to another hospital and honestly if you can avoid the ER here I would highly suggest you do.

Terrible. Broke my ankle now foot turns outward because of sloppy surgery. Avoid this place
