Prices not listed upon entry of the garage. You must be the son or daughter of an oil tycoon to be able to afford to park here. I paid $36 for 2 hours. Complete ripoff. A Harvard degree was meant to be accessible to people of all socioeconomic backgrounds. But so should their parking. Social justice begins in your own neighborhood!
Cramped, overpriced, always a problem. I’ve used parkwhiz and spot hero here and there always seems to be some issue with these apps. At other places it’s not a problem but here, there’s always something. They gotta get with the times and seriously, stop the price gouging.
Check your ticket time before you park! The attendant hand wrote a time that was three hours earlier than when I arrived on my ticket, and I didn't notice until they charged me the maximum fee on my way out. When I complained to the attendant, he gave me what he claimed was his boss' phone number, but the number went to a voicemail box that was full and couldn't accept messages.
The attendant will try to scam you. Bought a voucher through Groupon, and the guy took down the voucher number and our license plate number after we got in, since there is no way to scan the barcode yourself. When we tried to leave, he claimed to forget doing that and tried to make us pay again. Managed to avoid doing that, but only after an extensive argument.
If I could give them 0 stars I would--These people charged outrageous prices that are NOT the posted prices. When I questioned the price the attendant told me I had to leave and that there was nothing he could do about the extra $6 charged on my card. DO NOT PARK HERE!!
