Great trainers who know what they're doing. Friendly environment.
This is a true strength gym. They have great equipment, and even better trainers. If you are serious about getting stronger, you can’t find a better place.
Black Flag is a no nonsense, no BS gym. I love it. High quality equipment, cleaner than any large chain gym I've ever been to, and legit trainers who know their clients, their equipment, and how to get results.
I've been working with trainer and co-owner Cory Black, since June of 2018, and I've lost 40 lbs, and gained a ton of strength. It is an amazing place, plus no rap, no country on the radio. It is a heavy metal gym, and I love it.
A coworker and I did the TSC there today. The facilities were great. The staff were friendly and organized. It was a great experience!
