Horrible customer service!!!nI came today March 24, 2021 to pick up my 2 online orders. 1 with 2 large plates, 1 with a sweet tea. I went inside, the lady gave me just a bag. Went outside. Noticed the tea was missing. Went back and asked for it. The lady told me they hadn't received that order. I showed her the confirmation of my purchase. She didn’t care and told me it wasn’t there. Long story short. Had me waiting for 20 min. I asked for a manager 5 min later she came and told me she couldn’t give me my 1 DOLLAR TEA even after I showed her my purchase confirmation... had me waiting until she got it in her outdated and slow system.nGuys seriously, their workers treat people badly

This is by far the best Panda Express. Because of it they are very busy. You have to wait a couple of minutes but the taste of food is worth waiting for. Yummy.

Brought in a large group and they did a good job of accommodating us all quickly. The food was all fresh and tasted great. This is a great Panda location.

I don’t know what happened to this location. The chow menu was partially uncooked both times I went to this location. I had gotten bad customer service in December and the food was awful. Two weeks later, the customer service was a bit better but the food is still off. I think it is the change of managers that really made this location sink. The prior manager knew what he was doing. If anyone from the HR is reading this you guys need to send someone out to retrain your manager and cooks to do things the proper way like they were before.

Micheal must be a manager. His customer service skills and the good healthy options he offered me made me a major fan. I eat here about 3 times a week. Kudos Micheal @ Cross Creek Panda Xpress
