I came here Wednesday March 31 around 9:00. They have three women working and one cook. Terrible service. They was slow and couldn’t even get peoples orders right. Then when I got to the front they still couldn’t help me. Worst Waffle House I been to in Fayetteville NC. Get a second cook on shift and train your servers better. Would not recommend this Waffle House when this crew is working.
Just annoyed at this point. The girl that took my order decided to make my hash browns how she wanted when I kept telling her how I would like it made. Took it home to have my order wrong. Went back to get them re made to find hair in them. At this point keep the money. Never will I go to this Waffle House again.nn(1st visit)Customer service was terrible. I stood there for minutes before anyone came and asked have I been helped. The lady I placed my order with said “finally.” Had to tell shawty I been here waiting when I got a text saying my food was ready but it wasn’t made yet. Calm down.
The manager at this location is very personable. I swear she never forgets a face. Everyone in there ensures you are not waiting long to get taken care of.
