Yesterday I had the worst experience ever with curbside pickup. I waited to post this review because I was so angry yesterday I was afraid of what i might say on here. Scheduled a pickup between 3pm and 4pm. Showed up at 3:50, parked in a pickup spot, checked in through the app with the parking spot number where I was parked, and waited. After 30 minutes an associate walked up to my car asked if I was Carla. I said no and then glanced at what she had on her trolley to see if what what I ordered. It was not. She asked me my name, I told her, and she left. After 45 minutes I tried calling member services. The phone rang so long that it connected to the bakery who then tried to reconnect me to member services where no one answered and my call was disconnected. I tried again only to be connected to tire and auto this time. Same thing; they tried reconnecting me to member services and my call was disconnected. After an hour passed I decided to go in. There were surprising few customers at checkout and I noticed four women wearing Sam's vests standing around a decorated table just beyond the checkout area so I approached and one of them asked if she could help me. I explained the situation and she walked me over to a counter tucked in a corner. She pulled out her scanner, asked me my name and then said she couldn't find the order. This, of course did not help my anger at this point. I pulled out my phone, pulled up the order, showed her the order number, and again she said she couldn't find the order so I would need to wait for someone working in curbside pickup. After a few more minutes a young woman walked up and asked if I had been helped. I, again, explained the situation and she grabbed a scanner from under the counter which, apparently, did not have enough battery life for her to look up my order, so again, I waited. Another associate came over after returning from outside and the spiel began again. She immediately points to a trolley says that's my order but the associate who tried delivering it could not find me. I WAS PARKED IN THE SPOT I WHERE I CHECKED IN FOR AN HOUR. I never moved my car and didn't leave my car for an hour, but they couldn't find me. Apparently, neither could they contact me in any way to try to find me. What would have happened if I hadn't gone inside?This whole situation was unacceptable! I understand that they were busy but an hour wait and then they try to blame me because they attempted delivery and their associate can't count past 8 or doesn't know what the number 9 looks like? Really? This isn't the first time I've had to wait for 20 minutes or more but this was,, by far,, the longest I've had to wait and the worst experience ever with Sam's. I promise I will not be renewing my membership after this one expires.

Would give 5 stars but since Sam's has reset their store it has been harder to shop. The middle aisles are lined with people waiting to check out at the registers so you can't get through easily with them standing in the middle of the aisle. And if you think you can social distance in these aisles good luck not gonna happen. The head executives that think changing the setup of the store to improve shopping messed this one up. They should really go visit the store instead of just looking at numbers on a computer screen.

I love this place. Amber is the best. Always so sweet and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a bad mood at work. She goes above and beyond.

Sam's Club is an excellent place go go when you need large supplies of different kinds of food items, toiletries ,electronics, clothing, reading materials, wellness items and other miscellaneous products.nnIt is a clean environment that requires everyone to wear a mask when entering the warehouse. It also has a friendly atmosphere. The managers has done a great job at organizing this facility for the families who live in the Fayetteville communities.nLastly the employees that work there does a great job greeting the people andnhelping them feel comfortable while customers are shopping there.nIt is truly an enjoyable place go .
