Yeah this liquor store won’t have my business anymore either. The service is rather bland! They had no idea of what customer service means at all...
Today I went to buy my husband (who’s deployed) a welcome home favorite (bottle of patron) and although I had my valid drivers license (with the same last name) I was refused service because I was using the card he left me with. (keep in mind our bank account is joint).. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received here. I understand they have a job to withhold and policies to uphold but the worker (Tandra) wasn’t very sympathetic and was rather rude. Almost like she enjoyed making it more of a process for me. Never have I had this policy in forced at this location before. Also my six year old daughter was yelled at with a harsh tone when she was about to touch merchandise. Like I said I understand the policy but the tone was uncalled for. They will not have my future business and I recommend going somewhere else.
Great customer service
maybe its cause I look like a bum or something but that way I was looked at was rude the way i was asked for identification also rude. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the employee that attended me. I rather drive to the extra mile to go somewhere else.
