Great experience great prices great customer service I had been a Kay jewelers customer for years after they left me with a bad experience I shopped zales and brought some beautiful items for me and the wife.

I have bought multiple accessories from Zales; however, before moving to Fayetteville, I thought all Zales customer service was great. Whenever I would go in, I would look around and ask to view the items I found pleasing and be helped with no problem. When I went into this location I was given horrible looks after I asked to view an item that I wanted to purchase for my mother-in-law. Instead I asked to have my wedding rings cleaned and decided that Zales in Raleigh was worth the drive for better customer service.

The associates are always incredibly friendly and helpful! Their sanitization standards and protocols are amazing for the time we're in!
