I am very unpleased with my most recent visit to Claire’s at Cross Creek. The store manager was not wearing her mask correctly while working in store, it was worn below her nose, while she pierced little baby’s ears. I also overheard her conversations with her employees and how she treated them was very unprofessional and unkind. I will not be making a trip back to this store!!!!!!!! I wish I could give a 0 star review. The girls who helped me find my accessories were kind and all wore their masks correctly. I applaud them for that.

Very nice store I go here every time I am at the mall, they have sales all the time free piercings, and very nice staff members.

Had a great experience today! My daughter wanted a second piercing in her ears. They did a great job, so friendly, helpful and nice! Thank you so much ladies!! We will be back!!

My son got his ears pierced at the store there today. The associate asked what earrings we would like and we picked them out. There was no explanation of the price difference of the earrings. All that we were told is the price is $16.99. After picking out sapphire earrings, my son getting the piercing, and then going to the register to pay, we were then told the price was $69.99. We felt hustled and swindled out of our money. Integrity is first and foremost. An explanation of the prices should be explained before the service starts.
