Reeds went above and beyond with helping me get my ring! They were the only jewelers who were willing to do whatever it took to get me my wedding rings in time for my wedding. The employees at all locations I have been to have been so wonderful to me anytime I need to go in. I would recommend them to anyone in need of new jewelry!

Reeds keeps taking down my reviews that I overpaid $400 for my ring. It was advertised at one price online so I traded up to get a new ring and they charged $400 more than what was online with no explanation. I didn’t catch it until I left. Customer service was no help, they had the district manager called me who also didn’t provide an intelligible answer. The ring is beautiful but they got a lot of extra money.

Wish I would have gotten the younger Gentleman's name that helped on V-Day. Young man but very respectful and professional. Confident look and knowledgeable about the selections. We'll be seeing you again. Happy wife, Happy Life!
