Sunglass Hut

Found a couple pair of sunglasses that we wanted and got them at a reasonable price.

I was looking for some different & cheap sunglasses to wear. Found a good selection but not cheap. They are good quality so I bought the most expensive pair of sunglasses I've ever bought. Hopefully I won't lose them.

Less than helpful. I was looking for a specific pair pf glasses and trying to get information about a store to store transfer. Didn't know any answers to any questions and made no effort to find out.

The service was amazing and the worked made me aware of the sale on the glasses I wanted. He also had me try on my glasses and adjusted them to fit me perfectly. He cleaned them very well and offered me help the entire time.

Excellent customer service here! I had damage a pair of my Ray-Ban‘s given to me as a gift for Christmas. I was only living here for the summer and the managers are understanding of my situation and looked up my purchase in the system and were able to work out a discount with the one-year limited warranty. Much easier than dealing with the warranty process online. Thank you Rocky and staff for your excellent customer service. Highly recommend the store!
