I am so grateful for Core 7! After taking classes for a few months I was away for a couple years. When I came back I was surprised that some of the instructors still remembered me, and those who didn't were eager to learn my name. The variety of classes make exercising truly fun, and the meditation and sound bath classes are perfect for mind and soul. It is clear that the instructors and everyone in class truly care about each other. I always leave feeling stronger, healthier, and joyful.
I have tried many gyms over the years. This is my favorite gym to go to by far. The workouts are amazing! I have loved all of the instructors. My favorite things about Core 7 are that they have no impact workouts (something that prohibited me from really working out since my last baby) and they have created such a positive environment. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a more personalized experience.
Instructors are really nice and knowledgeable about their work. The environment is also very nice and energetic.
Love coming to Shantel's classes! They are high energy and always get you sweating, but it is so fun you don't even notice the pain. ;-)
I just tried the Butti Yoga class and LOVED every second. This class felt so good on my body. The instructor was fabulous. I recommend Core 7 to anyone wanting some new, different and fun fitness!!
