Terrible experience. wouldn't accept return of the cube after use (it only has about half a phone charge on it). I tried to call customer service but they would not pick up. Then charged over $60 (in addition to rental fee) as the cube could not be returned. You are much better off buying your own portable charger..
This company has great customer service. I alerted them of an inventory issue at South Station, Boston and they were responsive and offered a coupon code for my inconvenience. They sent multiple follow up emails to keep me in the loop of when inventory would be replenished. Granted, a couple of weeks have gone by and lots of business has been lost on their end but hopefully they have learned from the experience!
