Very nice place to come to read and study.
The staff are very helpful and polite. Customer/patron service is obviously their top priority. The building itself is beautiful with so many huge windows and an open courtyard. That is my favorite spot to sit in the summer. It is a popular branch with lots of patrons for good reason. And there is a 66 bus stop right in front. One of Lower Allston’s best features, maybe even the very best. Also a good testament to Brian Honan, who was a great man.
Was in need of help and the staff there went above what they were required to do to help me. It's a nice space and Janet was really awesome. Recommend completely!
It's a very friendly place. The librarians are great. You vote here on election day. They have a copier, printers (pay/need a copy card they provide for $1 and you can only add to it with coins/bills) and computers for use. It's located right on the 64, 66 (out front),70 and 80 bus routes within 5min each way.
Great neighborhood gem. Fantastic that you can request books from other branches.
