I have loved Bojangles for 25 years. I'm not a good person to ask how is everything. I always get wings or dark meat and seasoned fries which are delicious. Biscuits delicious as well as sweet tea. Is there any other kind. Employees were friendly and got my order quickly. You can't dine in yet.
Ordered Bo rounds with my meal, they told me it would be a five minute wait which was fine with me. After waiting over ten minutes I finally got my meal but instead of Bo rounds they gave me Mac and cheese which I didn’t want... don’t know how you get those mixed up and definitely didn’t want to wait ten minutes for your gross Mac and cheese... don’t know why I was even waiting for so long when the mac and cheese was probably already made and ready
The drive through suddenly became curbside pickup... after paying for my order I was surprised that I was asked to wait in my car at the end of the building... because the chicken is cooking she didn’t even tell me for how long ! I had to drive around again because I needed an explanation... then she told me it takes 10 minutes and they will bring it to me ....?I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes and my order is not ready yet....! I wish I knew that ... I would definitely have canceled my order !
I love this Bojangles they always corrects the mis orders from the Bojangles on hendersonville road what a horrible Bojangles but this location is awesome never cold or old chicken
Service was not satisfactory at all but once they got our order right, the food was pretty good.
