Cloud 9 Relaxation Home

We went up for a last minute getaway. The most peaceful place in NC. The people were amazing, friendly and so helpful. Been trying to go back but all booked up! Can't wait for an opening!

We had a wonderful one year anniversary weekend at Cloud 9, staying at their Silver Linings Cabin. Cloud 9 was beautiful in the fall with a good hike right on the property that our dog enjoyed. I loved the decor and comfort of Silver Linings Cabin, and they really thought of everything when designing the place. Heated bathroom floors, indoor and outdoor hot tub, comfy couches and a well equipped kitchen are just a few examples of the many amenities provided . It was also a close drive to downtown Asheville while still feeling like you are in the mountains. We would definitely love to return again!

We stumbled upon this property six years ago and has, since then, been our “go to” destination to get away from our busy life. Jeff and Janet are superb hosts, who are always happy to explain how things are done on their farm, sharing their vegetable garden, fresh chicken eggs, berry trees and history of the land. Each house/cabin has its own unique charm, yet share all the modern conveniences (including luxury bedding) and hands down the cleanest vacation rental we’ve stayed. Make sure to bring apples to feed the friendly cows! During your stay be sure to hike to the top of Cloud 9’s mountain, it will (literally) take your breath away!!

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Cloud 9. We stayed in the main Relaxation House with extended family. We loved everything about our stay from feeding the chickens each day to the amazing view from the deck to picking blueberries! Janet is the best host! She always stopped by to let the kids know when it was time to feed the chickens and gather eggs and always had time to answer our questions and make suggestions of things to do. The location is perfect too. It's an easy drive to all the activities, shopping, and restaurants of the area, but far enough to be away from it all at the house. There's so much to do right on the property that you can easily spend several days without going anywhere!
