Lake Julian Mobile Home Park

Beautiful mobile home community, some homes even have views of Lake Julian!

Just called to see if they had anything available for rent ,they didn't. Turned out to be one of the best phone conversations I'd had all week tho. Definitely a fella I'd do business with!

Nice place ,clean grounds, large park, in-house office & management. Mostly (90℅) new units throughout. Within steps of a super Walmart store & main Blvd with all retail needed services. Also in-house mobile home sales & service with starter turn key financial arrangements from approved finance to rent to own arrangements.nOne of the better parks I have experienced.

A bit grungy. Trailers too close. Went in to see one and it was pretty run down for nearly 700 a month.
