I have nothing but great things to say about these wonderful folks at Laughter Jewelry. They are always so friendly, helpful, and professional anytime we have visited their store. Also, Grant and Alex made a ring for me from some stones I had. It is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking for something special for themselves or as a gift for someone else. They are truly exceptional!

I visited this jeweler last month in order to purchase a new watch battery for my elderly mother. Upon entering the store, I was impressed with the tasteful displays of merchandise and the friendly, helpful manner of the staff. Moreover, this jeweler insisted on not charging anything for the battery or his service, and also without charge, willingly fixed the band on my watch so that it would fit my slender wrist! We will definitely keep him in mind in the future when we return to the area!

On four separate visits to the store, I was consistently impressed with the helpful, personal, professional and knowledgeable staff operating in accord with high standards of honesty and integrity. My experience included evaluation/appraisal and subsequent sale of inherited estate gold,silver jewelry as well as loose diamonds; resizing, cleaning, prong adjustment on a ring, repair of broken band on another ring, repair of clasp on jewelry pin,and most important...purchase of unique one of a kind diamond and saphire engagement ring. The ambience of the store is supportive for conducting all manner of business, the lighting is great, the displayed merchandise is tasteful and stylish in presentation...the space is welcoming and inviting. I should mention that my first visit was to gather information, and Grant personally took the time to educate me and answer my questions, and presented options to consider...no high pressure,truly having listened to what I as a prospective customer was seeking. No business took place that first visit, but the time and attention freely given left a comfortable and favorable impression which moved me to return and enter into the subsequent diverse transactions mentioned above freely and from a place of trust... a rare gem in itself, you can find it here, unequaled.

They are very upfront and transparent with no games, something I very much appreciate.nnI first went in the store not knowing a soul. So far, I have dealt with Jimmy, Alex, Lawrence, and Grant Laughter himself. They have all been fantastic to deal with. I went in as a stranger, and left feeling as though I had a new group of friends. I can not recommend this business and it’s team highly enough. Give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!
