Sugar Hollow Retreat

This place is such a great venue for so many reasons. They have 3 places you can get married, including 2 stunningly beautiful outdoors spots, and a backup plan indoors if it rains, and most venues can't boast that. Also, it's so convenient to have people able to stay on-site! You're basically getting a venue and a hotel in the same price. They allow you to have your own vendors, though they have a list of preferred partners as well. Some cabins need a little updating, but it's still way better for most than having to drive down the mountain after the ceremony after dark. Beautiful views, great staff, great areas for people to hang out...overall incredible place where you feel like you're treated as family!

Awesome wedding venue! Kaleigh runs a tight ship which provided us with a phenomenally elegant and intimate wedding for my son and daughter-in-law. Everyone had a great weekend and we can't wait for the photographs! Highly recommend this venue!

I cannot say enough good things about Sugar Hollow Retreat and their event coordinator Kaleigh! I'm a wedding photographer and have photographed at Sugar Hollow a few times now and have a few for 2021 as well! The venue is absolutely beautiful-- has mountain views, is secluded and quiet, and I love that they offer on-site lodging as well! It truly is a retreat! Kaleigh is a wonderful coordinator-- she's super responsive and attentive! Very sweet and kind to other vendors as well and very accommodating!

Wow just wow this place is unbelievable. If you’re thinking of doing a wedding here, they are perfectly suited for such an event. Their new banquet hall is absolutely gorgeous, and the overlooks for a wedding are the best around. Don’t hesitate to pull the trigger on reserving this place for your wedding! I’m certain it would be a great place for corporate retreats as well. I’m thinking they can seat 400 if it wasn’t for distancing!

Didn't get married here but it's beautiful! The newly (nearly as of 11/2020) completed events center overlooking the valley is breathtaking! The lodge is amazing and the other surrounding properties range from quaint period farmhouse to handcrafted modern cabin, all while being spotless, well maintained, and well managed.
