I ordered furniture online from Idaho. I was moving to Mississippi with my granddaughter who is attending msu. First payment was due on the 8th. I ask them to wait until the 10th when I received my first check. Manager was rude, wouldn't listen kept talking over me. I told him to come get his stuff. I will let everyone I know not to do business with them. I am sorry I ever did business with them.
Management is very rude and disrespectful! Robert, who is the manager, has a very nasty attitude and tries to talk to you as if You're ignorant. My mom has been dealing with multiple issues with her refrigerator that she purchased at Aaron's in Starkville Ms. She has a warranty on the refrigerator and they claim to fix the fridge but it's all lies. When the fridge returns from service, it returns with the same issue and then some. We will never purchase anything from them again.
Great place if you need time to pay for it.
Horrible customer service. They say they will call me back but never do. Also they have had my son's Nintendo switch for a month now! All my payment are automatic I have never been late for a year now and this is the thanks I get smh
