Wonderful selection of carpets and very knowledgeable staff. We were extremely pleased with the price and the speed of scheduling and completion of the install.Like previous reviews have said, there are no surprises in the pricing, everything is straightforward. Glad we were recommended to this company. Very fast and professional, and compared to other bids I got they were good on the carpet pricing and labor. If/when we need more flooring done, I will call them first.
Most companies could not entertain our basement flooring for 1-3 months. Designer Floor Coverings completed it less than 2 weeks. Great workmanship. They showed on the day they said would be there. No delays, no games, no sacrifices in product. They did a very good job and went over and beyond.
Everyone we worked with was eager to help! Jake and Jared were happy to give input when we needed it and were easy to contact. The carpet layers worked hard and did a great job. We are pleased with the carpet and installation. We will definitely return to finish the rest of our home!
These guys have a great selection and very knowledgeable about flooring. Very competitive up front pricing, no surprises. They are awesome.
