Currently trying to get McDonald's at 1am and no one will come to the window or answer the phone but they're open and there are two cars outside. Been here for 15 minutes. Left and came back. Still nothing.
They need to hire people that will actually work!! I waited at the intercom today for a good 8 minutes and no one would take me order so I pulled up to the window and they was very rude about it and said they can't take my order that I have drive around and wait in line again!
I'm not sure why this location has never ran as smoothly as every other location I've visited. I guess the franchise owner doesn't really care about service at all! The drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous. They don't alternate lanes when taking orders. Sometimes two or three cars in one lane get waited on while everyone in the other lane just sits there! The food and McCafe beverages are subpar, as well. The owner really needs to reevaluate the customer service and product quality at this location! I do not recommend visiting the Pontotoc location at all!
Went through drive thru and ordered 2 plain mcdoubles I got one plain and the other one had everything but onions. I tried to call twice to let them know and both times, they hun up on me.
