Monica is the very best! Goes way beyond her duties and because if her I was able to have a much needed eye surgery when no one else would have helped
I took my 2 older children to Dr. Ballard today. Her and her secretary were nice and patient even with me having to bring my 2 babies with me. I give her 5 stars!! BUT when I went next door to get my son's glasses, the woman was so rude. Yelled out across the vision center at me and 2 children that my insurance wasnt going to cover it. Which doesnt suprise me I've been having trouble with them. I tried to explain to her, I guess because of how embarrassed I was, that I was sorry and trying to get an understanding of if it were for the same reason as last time. She wouldn't even let me speak. She just looked me up and down, put her nose it the air and said that she didnt care what i was saying that his insurance said this and that was the end of it. I've never been so humiliated or disrespected by a healthcare professional. She was AWFUL. I will not be going back. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
