I only visited this location to get a refund for an online order that was never shipped. Dealing with customer service online was a nightmare and they kept shifting the blame to the local store for weeks. Finally went inside the store and the refund was executed timely. I have no faith in Sears, but I can't blame the local store for that.

Does take them long to unload driver but the parking lot to small for a truck driver to back in,Grenada ms.

Love this store!!! Recently needed a new washer, mine went out. They sold my husband one off of the floor and I didn’t have to do without. Got a great deal on a new shark vacuum same day....I have purchased every single appliance from them for the last 9 years and cannot complain!! Highly recommend!
