Slow service with only one really great server. I guess the 15 an hour has taken affect therefore a cut back of help. Will say the cook did outstanding job preparing food. The server was very nice, professional and good at his job.
Employees lack the training or common sense necessary to enjoy a meal here - yelling, napping, etc.
Went to IHOP this morning. Got to the restaurant went inside their was maybe 3 tables sat. I waitress came upfront and told me and other couple waiting it was going to be 25/30 minutes before they could see us. Really no one was there. We left and now at Cracker Barrel we are sitting and have placed our order. Will never go back to IHOP since they can’t get their act together have not had anything but problems every time we have gone.
If I could give 1/2 star I would, never go at night service was beyond horrible. Manager didn't care or even come to the table after the food was wrong several times due to the server being new. I eventually went up to vern and said something but his reaction was (What do you want me to do?) So never coming back ud83eudd28ud83eudd28
Terrible service took 1 hour to get food and avocado was hard and they forgot my pancakes. Really not some where I would go back to. Sad because I want places in meridian to do good but they can't treat their customers right. Need a whole new staff for everyone acted like we were bothering them. I am a manager at a 5 star restaurant and I would have sent all the people there home.
