Forgot my cheese, but who cares? They had two lanes of drive through backed up to the highway. They are saints. Very friendly. Was nice to my awful neifew in the back seat.

We got there at 10:20 and waited until 10:50 before leaving without our order. Tried to go back up to the window to ask for refund , but they wouldn’t open it for the car that was already there trying to complain about the wait. So we Went to the girl hanging out the window where you pay talking and she said we would have to wait. During all this an employee stood at the door for a couple minutes screaming at the employees inside to let him in and using foul language while we had our child in the car with us.

We were going through the drive thru and no one would answer the speaker so we drive up to the window and they tell us to go back around. So we did and when we got to the window a second time after ordering, she tells us the order total and I take out my app to scan an offer. She apparently didn't understand what the McDonald's app was because she kept saying she didn't have a order or something. At this point you can understand I'm getting pretty frustrated. She kept saying our order isn't in the system BUT WE JUST MADE THE ORDER AT THE SPEAKER!! I'm not sure what going on here but this is a complete inconvenience so we just decided to give up and leave!!

Arrived at 1:20 pm to pick up my mobile order. Pulled into parking spot and didn't get my order until 2 pm. Lobby was closed when I tried to go in to see about order. When it was finally brought out they forgot the drink, and I had ordered the burger with no pickles. It was not only covered in pickles but the bun was as hard as a brick. Ridiculous, made me nearly late for work because I had already paid for it and wouldn't just leave it.
