Store was clean and one particular young male employee was very helpful (forgot name) in helping me choose a guinea pig and gettng all the things I needed to give her a new home. I may return and get another one for a companion to the one I got. This is my first time owning a guinea pig and am very excited to learn all about her and how to take good care of her.

Great employees who are ready to help. Also, the aquatic specialist will take requests on special orders for fish they don’t usually have. If it’s on the available list, they will try to get it in.nnEach employee is quite knowledgeable. Each one has their area of “expertise” and are willing to share their knowledge.

You don't carry Eukanuba Small Breed large bags like you used to. I ask the mgr. about it and they had just got a load in. They did not want to go check but they did, and came back after a couple minutes and advised didn't have it. Were not very friendly about it. I ask them why they didn't carry the food hardly...and said they didn't get it in much. I have been using the food for 16 years, and never have a problem at Chewy. I mentioned it to them...they said Chewy had 4 wharehouses and they just have one. I could tell that it aggravated them for me to bother them. I also bought 3 fish and they died. I doubt I use them anymore. really don't know how Petco has stayed in business. This was the Petco in Meridian. I wish there had been another place to go. I live out in the country and 80 miles from this Petco as well. Will just have to stock up more from Chewy.

Awesome staff. Awesome store. The animals always look healthy and well taken care of. I just wish they had more... they’ve barely had any birds all year long.

There is a woman named Mallissa who was super duper helpful. She helped me pick out around $400 worth of hampster suplies and made the total experience very pleasant. I'm not sure if she is the store manager, but if not, she should definitely be considered for the highest of positions. She is very easy to understand and is good at being very sincere in listening to, and helping y'alls customers. I wish every store I shopped at had professionals like her to interact with.
