Amazing staff... love it
This CVS Store has outstanding staff, who are greeting and engaging. They have solid communication skills and are “up to date” on product knowledge.nnIt is always a pleasure to visit this storenAnd I have been a loyal customer since it’s inception!!!! Good job!!!
The pharmacy consistently neglects refilling my prescriptions that I need to take biweekly. They once said they would request a lower dosage medicine until the medicine I needed was not on back order and then they forgot to place the order for me. Even though it's the closest pharmacy to me, it's worth taking a longer walk to a different one so I know that my prescriptions will be ready when they say they are ready.
John the General Manager has poor customer service skills.
The staff here are amazing. I've never had such a good experience at a store like this but they are so friendly and helpful all the time. I come here for work almost everyday and they've made an effort to get to know me and always help me get what I need. Thank you for the amazing service!!
