Worst buying experience in my lifetime. Ordered a truck in December and paid $25000 down. Kirk processed my check immediately and ordered the truck. Once the truck came in in March, Kirk changed their minds and decided they could get more money for the truck ordered for me. They said our check was in the mail! sending us back $25000 and we still have NO truck, that we ordered 4 mos ago. Here's a picture of the deal worked out on paper with the salesman. I assume their check will be good, once we get it.
Worst buying experience in my lifetime. Went to Kirk in December 2020, worked out a deal for an F250. Paid them $25000 down and walked away with Preview order #W321 on paper, describing my ordered truck in detail with features. Kirk Auto processed my check on December 21, 2021 and I am sure counted my purchase as one of their sales in December. Fast forward to March 23, 2021. They contacted me to tell me they were losing too much money on the truck and would send me my $25000 back. I assume they can sell the truck I ordered and paid down on in December to someone else and make more money. This leaves me without a truck and back to square one. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Do NOT use. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. My salesman's name was S. Woods. I have the order printed out with his signature on it, detailing everything I ordered on the truck. So much for that. LIARS

I can’t comment on the buying process as every vehicle I’ve contacted them on is one that the owners apparently decided to keep but won’t remove from the website. I’m giving up after that’s happened 3 times now. I definitely recommend contacting them first to see if the vehicle you found on their website actually exists. Or, better yet, shop at dealers who don’t waste your time.
Ordered a truck in December with a down payment of $25000 that was processed immediately. Once the truck came in in March 2021, Kirk decided they had not charged me enough on the order W321 on paper that the salesman signed off on. They called today to say no deal and would be sending our money back to us.
