I left a review 4 nights a go , the manager gave me a call the next day . She asked me what kind of experience I had that day and I told her. She said we are sorry that happened and to come back and they would take care of the problem. I was well satisfied of KFC and the manager. I will give them 5 stars for the food and service. Especially the manager.

This was the worst food and service. I got hot wings that were black and so hard that they were inedible. No utensils, condiments, and straws were given. The mashed potatoes appeared to have been sitting all day. I will never stop here again. The cashier was unfriendly. She didnt even give us a receipt and just shut the drive through window in our face. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Hey I'm sorry but I come to KFC for one thing and that's the spicy chicken. I don't know why they would take that off the menu and replace it with Nashville hot. That flavor is not hitting.

This particular location gets a thumbs down from me. Went to drive-thru, employee was rude over speaker. Ordered the whole wing meal and not only did I not receive a fork or a straw but the two wings were so old and dry the bones were crunchy

They refuse to answer a phone, will pick up and hang up on you. They can take however long they like getting your food prepared, but once you get it they rush you to pull away from the window because they are on a timer they say. More than once have given us dried up chicken strips. If you get drive through then you better check your food before you leave because something is gonna be wrong, ours is wrong EVERY time!!!!
