Cedric was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a very hard worker and was friendly and personable. My carpet looks amazing. The area rug was a very old Persian rug that was very important to me. He cleaned it perfectly! We could not be happier with the awesome job he did! 10/10 we would use Zerorez and Cedric again.
Justin was very professional, polite, and VERY efficient. He explained different options, but I felt no pressure. I felt like he was very honest and informative. He was also accommodating to how we had to clean my carpets/very mindful of keeping the hardwoods underneath those area rugs dry and free from the he was using to clean the carpets. My carpets look almost new and that’s with high traffic, 2 dogs, small house and they’re about 6 years old!!! Definitely using zerorez again!
Our technicians were polite, professional and informative. Our carpets look like brand new and they smell fresh and clean. Much better than traditional carpet cleaning... and cheaper than buying new carpets! Thank you for the great customer service... you have earned our business in the future.
Justin was on time, polite, and very quick to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable about his product and job. The floors looked so great we asked him if he could also do our basement stairs. He was quick to accommodate the new service request and completed them within minutes. He wore his mask the entire time and kept good social distance. We would use this service again!
Cameron was incredibly professional from start to finish. He meticulously cleaned our bedroom and basement carpets and stairs, while keeping us informed of price points along the way. He suggested a few add-on services which aligned with our needs. He did a tremendous job and we are very pleased with how the carpets turned out. Now our baby boy can crawl on them and we have peace of mind. 10/10 would use again.
