Im very tender headed and she doesn't braid hard and heavy handed. And my braids are still very secure.
Chantal was amazing! I came in from Arizona and she was able to work me in on short notice. My small box braids are very neat and it took her half the time as most braiding shops. The customer service was the best! She listens to what I wanted and gave her expert recommendations for my desired look. I’m so happy that during the process she communicated with me to ensure my expectations were being met. After seeing my braids after the first look I was confident that she would do an excellent job. DO NOT GO HERE!! SHE CUT MY HAIR TAKING MY SEW IN OUT AND WENT OFF ON ME WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT IT INSTEAD HAVING REMORSE NOR APOLOGIZING.. VERY RUDE DO NOT COME HERE!!
