It's great with the online booking,they made it stress free and quick trucks ready and you get the key out the lock box and off you go.
I always use Uhaul when renting a truck. They've upgraded over the years and paperless rentals is a plus. You can even view, take photos, and dispute any damage of the truck from your smartphone before leaving the lot. However, they could also check their trucks more often. I rented one that was missing the gas cap. ud83dude44
They were so accommodating I am so grateful and thankful for the time and effort put in by my service guy to put my hitch on my Cadillac I'm so happy he was so wonderful as well just as kind and is considered as could be!
Got great service once I went inside after a 10 min wait for propane fill. I rang service bell 2 times but guess the relaxing kids behind desk did not realize they had a service bell. So not sure if it really works or they just didn’t know what that noise was. Just go inside and ask for help.
I thank God for U-Hauls that are there when we need them. Again thanks.
