As always Cherish was very professional and gentle during my visit. Emilee was knowledgeable and helpful when explaining treatment. The new Doctors both Maya and the other guy I can’t think of his name I think it starts with an A but they were both thorough and made me feel comfortable during my procedure even explained why they were doing what needed to be done without me having to ask. The rest of the staff was just as good everyone was polite and professional.

Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Infected tooth, very painful and sat for 2+ hours waiting on my doc to release me to get treated but staff never came to me with updates or treatment options. I approached them after 2+ hours of waiting. Also discussed denture options, very friendly and knowledgeable but also very pricey.

When I went to Aspen Dental to get some dental work done they made everything sound so good and they made me feel very comfortable. And when they gave me the print out on how much my insurance company would pay and how much I would pay out of pocket for everything felt even better. So I decided to pay upfront to get my bill out the way. So within the next few days they had me in the chair pulling my teeth and at that time I felt something was wrong because they were moving to fast to get my teeth out. Come to find out that it was nothing but a scam because afterwards they stated that I still owed them money. So after paying that money I got a bill in the mail stating that I owed even more money so I took the bill to Aspen Dental to inquire about it and they stated that since my insurance company haven't paid their part yet that I was reliable to pay their portion as wellnAnd when I asked why they told me that I should have read the very small print under my name before I signed the contract but neither to say I'm over 50 years old and use reading glasses and didn't have them with me and yet that lady never once tried to explain the small print to me she just said that it was nothing to worry about. And if I had known what that small print said there is No way that I would have agreed to anything such as that. Now as of Monday March the 1st 2021they stated that they won't finish my procedure until I let them take out more teeth and pay more money. Man what a scam taking advantage of people like that. I would never send anybody to them in life not even my worst enemy. That's not right and I am very unhappy.

Wait time for my appointment was 25 minutes after scheduled time. Once I got started Cherish was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable enough that the wait time was a small issue. Dr. Mia was also pleasant to be under her care.

Everyone was great at this dental place. I would love to personally shout out Gee Gee. She made me very comfortable and has an outgoing spirit.
