Came here to get my car detailed prior to my lease inspection. Made an appointment for the Presidential Package which includes interior and exterior detailing. They did an incredible job on the outside and the wax looked really good. There were a few missed spots (fuel gasket area and outer trunk area) but nothing I couldn't really wipe away myself. The interior was also vacuumed, wiped and steam cleaned. Definitely worth the price for the convenience of just dropping it off in the center of the city and picking it back up after work (Took around 4-5 hours). It costs $20 for parking if you get it validated, so make sure to have the car washing attendant sign your ticket.

Why would anyone go anywhere else for a car wash or detail? This place is the absolute best! I have been going here for years and it is 100% worth the price and the wait. Jim's team focuses on quality over quantity and their attention to detail is out of this world. Their staff goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Splurge and get the unlimited washes, it's worth the money.

I felt very disrespected having all my stuff thrown on the trunk like garbage.nThey not even bother paying attention in how it was put in the trunk.nI had trash bag with pooped diaper mixed with clean clothing.nNot to mention I spent a lot of time put everything back in place so I could be able to put the stroller back in the truck.nIf your policy is throwing everything in the trunk you need to let costumers know you policy before you give the service.nIf I have known I would never let you clean my car.nI do clean my car for years in Belmont and they always put everything back where they found. I didn’t have stuff on the floor, everything was on the doors that was no reason to trow it on the trunk.nNot to mention having stuff Brocken and my car stained.nI’m very upset with this service. So expensive and no care for people stuff.nnAlso the rugs misplaced in another vehicle.nnOn top of having my belongs lost and broken o got a disrespectful reply from the owner saying that my van was full of trash. That is a lie. I have pictures of it prior the cleaning because I was bringing my kids to the museum for the first time and we took a picture inside the van to have same moments of the day saved. Very glad that I did that.nI do keep a bag inside the van to collect trash from the kids. So they won’t throw trash on the floor.nI have absolutely no time on the floor of the van. I beep everything organized on the door spaces.nOn top of that o never got my rugs back.nnNo wonder that this place has so many poor reviews
