I dont typically write reviews for businesses but should get in the habit when there is awesome customer experience as well as bad. In this particular case, I had superior customer experience and care. I use the Cambridge Side Mall location for hand wash and today I am convinced that the location is the best for customer service and care for the vehicle. Paulo Carlos is simply awesome. My car recently changed it's parking spot and unfortunately is under a tree. My 1 year old car started having spots due to stuff that falls from the tree and was impossible to remove with a simple car wash. Paulo assured me he will take care of it and he indeed kept his word. SO very impressed with his work. Best location for personalized car wash. Period.

First time customer at Dr. Detail and couldn't be happier! It looks as when I originally left the dealership. I called and had an appointment for a complete detail within the week for a great price. The staff was accommodating to let me drop off my car earlier and simply pick it up when I was finished work. Every area looks spotless and shiny. Will definitely be back!

I am SO grateful that they opened back up during Covid. We’re a family of car fanatics and come from brookline to get washes and details here. They’re unquestionably the best detail center in the entire Boston area. Now during COVID, they’re also one of the only ones open. Completely safe with really comfortable covid and disinfecting precautions.

This was by far the best car detailing I have had on a car. Yeah, it’s in a mall parking lot and hard to find...I had to drive around for a while. It’s cash only. They pay for your parking if you do the detail.nnThe car was immaculate and looked like new inside. They got all the white dog hair up (I have a 75lb dog that sheds). The door Janos were clean. The car was bugged and waxed. The carpets were clean
