The automatic wash shut down before it started. I was contacted by a guy within few min. But had to wait about 30min for him to get into town. He was helpful. He had me follow him to other car wash. He gave me just what I paid for and nothing more for time waiting and extra drive. And still had mud capped to my wheel wells. I well over an 1hr and 20 min. He was polite. I am glad I drove 30 min into town just to be spend my time accomplishing nothing but wasting my money... ud83dude0a
