Great selection of average high priced burgers. They have gluten-free bun with an up charge. It was not worth it. I took the bun off. Both sides that we picked had an up charge too. They were not hot and were soggy. I was not crazy about burgers themselves. While it's a big patty, it didn't taste fresh to me. It definitely tasted like a frozen patty.
Good food, great service!
Normally, we have enjoyed our experience but this last visit did not meet expectations. The food was good but our waitress had to be asked twice for items needed. She also seemed to have attitude, like she didn't want to be there. Was disappointed as it was my birthday and we usually have a good time.
The hostess did not greet us. She had very dry personality and was unaccommodating. As the host/ hostess, the is the first impression your customers get. There was another family waiting to be seated waiting in the lobby but when I asked if we could also stand in the lobby and wait we were told the lobby was closed and that I cold wait outside in the cold. Double standard??? Once seated, were greeted by the server and order was taken. Only other problem was wr had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my daughters plate. While the rest of us waited for her food, our food got cold. $100.00 for 2 adults and 3 children is a little on the steep side. I know it want change their prices but thought I would mention it.
